JOIN OUR TEAM
Organically Pretty is building something intentional, impactful, and lasting.
As a growing nonprofit, we are currently operating with a small founding team and a deep reliance on passionate volunteers who believe in our mission.
At this stage, all leadership and team roles are volunteer-based. However, as we secure funding and expand our operating budget, our goal is to transition key roles into paid positions.
We are seeking mission-aligned individuals who are excited to help build from the ground up– leaders who care about community, creativity, and cultivating the next generation of confident, empowered young women.

Volunteer Leadership Role (Founding Team)
The Marketing & UX/UI Lead will play a critical role in shaping Organically Pretty’s visual identity, digital presence, and brand voice. This position is ideal for a creative leader who is passionate about storytelling, design, and building brands that inspire community impact.
Key ResponsibilitiesBranding & Design
Develop and maintain Organically Pretty’s visual identity, including logos, emblems, and brand guidelines
Create mockups and design concepts for merchandise and creative campaigns
Collaborate with leadership to ensure all materials reflect the organization’s mission and values
Merchandise & Creative Assets
Source and evaluate vendors for merchandise production
Oversee ordering, tracking, and budget coordination with the Operations team
Coordinate photoshoots or digital assets to support marketing and campaigns
Social Media & Digital Marketing
Develop and execute a strategic social media plan
Design and schedule content promoting programs, events, and initiatives
Monitor performance metrics and refine strategies to grow engagement and reach
Media Partnerships
Recruit and manage media and creative partners
Coordinate influencer and promotional collaborations
Ensure messaging aligns with campaign goals and brand positioning
User Experience (UX/UI)
Maintain a seamless and visually engaging website experience
Collaborate on website updates, layouts, and functionality
Use feedback and analytics to strengthen user engagement
Collaboration & Strategy
Work closely with leadership on campaigns, events, and outreach
Serve as a creative bridge between departments
Provide strategic input on long-term brand growth
This is a volunteer leadership role with the intent to transition into a paid contract or staff position as funding becomes available.

Volunteer Leadership Role (Founding Team)
The Community Partnership Coordinator is central to expanding Organically Pretty’s reach and building strong relationships across schools, churches, youth organizations, and corporate and community institutions. This role is ideal for a relationship-builder who believes deeply in community-driven impact.
Key Responsibilities
Community Engagement & Relationship Building
Cultivate partnerships with schools, churches, nonprofits, and corporate and community leaders
Identify aligned stakeholders and mission-driven collaborators
Serve as the primary liaison between Organically Pretty and community partners
Attend meetings, networking events, and public forums alongside leadership
Program & Event Partnerships
Co-develop initiatives with community partners
Coordinate logistics for partner-led workshops and outreach events
Ensure partners are onboarded and aligned with organizational values
Track partner engagement and long-term involvement
Outreach & Communication
Create presentations and outreach materials
Maintain partnership databases and communication records
Represent Organically Pretty at community events and speaking engagements
Partnership Strategy & Growth
Assist in building a long-term community partnership strategy
Propose new collaboration ideas and engagement models
Measure partnership impact through feedback and participation data
Support the creation of Memorandum of Understandings for recurring or strategic partnerships
Volunteer Collaboration
Identify volunteers through partner networks
Assist with recruitment, training, and recognition efforts
Maintain volunteer participation records
Funding & Sponsorship Support
Identify potential in-kind and financial supporters
Assist with sponsor outreach and community-based grant opportunities
Support proposal development and partner recognition
Reporting & Impact Documentation
Track partnership milestones and deliverables
Collect stories, testimonials, and photos for reporting and marketing
Provide monthly impact summaries to leadership
This is a volunteer leadership role with the intent to transition into a salaried staff position as funding becomes available.
