Organically Pretty’s signature programs are designed to meet girls and young women at various stages of their development, offering consistent support, meaningful experiences, and opportunities for leadership, creativity, and growth.
Each program is rooted in faith, community, and intentional care– creating pathways for girls to discover who they are, strengthen their voices, and step confidently into their purpose.
The OP College Leadership Institute
The OP College Leadership Institute is a leadership and service academy for college-aged women who are passionate about mentorship, community impact, and personal growth.
Participants serve as College Ambassadors of Organically Pretty, taking an active role in facilitating programs, mentoring younger girls, and expanding Organically Pretty’s presence within their campuses and local communities. Ambassadors help bring the mission to life by creating mini Organically Pretty hubs rooted in service, leadership, and connection.
Through hands-on leadership experiences, professional development, and guided support, participants gain skills in program management, event facilitation, mentorship, and community engagement. The Institute also offers opportunities for deeper connection through cohort (Pretty Class of 20XX) bonding experiences, ongoing check-ins, and a year-end showcase at the Pretty As I Am Summit.
This program bridges service and leadership, empowering young women to lead with integrity, compassion, and purpose– while building confidence, clarity, and a strong foundation for life beyond college.

The Pretty As I Am Series
The Pretty As I Am Series is a year-round confidence and wellness program for girls ages 12–18, designed to support identity development, self-esteem, creativity, and leadership.
Through workshops, curated experiences, and seasonal activations, participants engage in meaningful conversations, hands-on learning, and creative exploration. The program creates a safe and affirming environment where girls are encouraged to embrace who they are, express themselves freely, and build strong foundations for their futures.
This series serves as the heart of Organically Pretty’s youth programming, offering consistent connection, growth, and community.
Pretty Girls Who Lead
Pretty Girls Who Lead is a quarterly recognition program honoring girls ages 12–18 who actively engage in Organically Pretty programming and demonstrate leadership, commitment, and positive community involvement.
Selected participants are celebrated through a professional photoshoot, storytelling experience, and featured in Organically Pretty’s magazine. Honorees are formally recognized at the Pretty As I Am Summit, where their growth, leadership, and impact are uplifted and affirmed.
This program highlights the power of representation, confidence, and celebrating girls while they are becoming.

The Pretty As I Am Summit
The Pretty As I Am Summit is Organically Pretty’s annual flagship convening, bringing together girls, families, ambassadors, mentors, and community partners for a day of connection, celebration, and inspiration.
The summit centers leadership, creativity, wellness, and community impact through programming that uplifts voices, honors growth, and reinforces belonging. It serves as a culmination of the year’s work– a space to reflect, celebrate, and envision what’s next.
More than an event, the summit is a collective moment that affirms every participant: you belong here, and your voice matters.
