Pilates, Petals, and Praise is a faith-rooted wellness gathering and fundraiser created to strengthen the body, uplift the spirit, and cultivate authentic sisterhood.

The afternoon begins with a 45-minute guided mat Pilates session led by Sabrina Seymore, owner of Prevailing Pilates. Set to uplifting praise music, this energizing movement flow focuses on core strength, alignment, and intentional breath, helping you reconnect with your body in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Following Pilates, guests will gather around our curated Bloom Bar, where you’ll create your own floral bouquet. As you build your arrangement, gentle prompts will invite you to reflect on growth, gratitude, strength, and the beauty of becoming.

This hands-on floral experience is designed to spark meaningful conversation, connection, and sisterhood among the women in the room. Just like flowers, we are nurtured, strengthened, and meant to flourish.
